LADLENEST does not charge any restocking fees. Return shipping is free for customers within the contiguous United States. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of your replacement item. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping if you choose a refund instead of an exchange, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong size, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
